BLS Intl. Serv. Q4 net profit zooms 4431.01% at Rs 71.59 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 71.59 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4431.01 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 171.85 per cent at Rs 68.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 45.21 per cent to Rs 59.13 crore from Rs 40.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 224.78 per cent at Rs 77.46 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 23.85 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 163.87 per cent to Rs 9.81 crore as against Rs -15.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 123.49 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 36.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 459.05 per cent at Rs 5.87 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.05 crore).
