UPDATION / MODIFICATION in account
- For updating e-mail id / mobile no./ address /bank account along with duly signed modification form kindly provide following supporting document.

- Send mail to customercare@canmoney.in from already registered mail id against DEMAT account maintained for updating email id or mobile no.

- You can download the account modification form, print it out, fill it up & send it to our office
Address updating :
To update your address as per your address proof, you can download the account modification form, print it out, fill it up & send it to our office
The accepted address proofs are self-attested & verified by bank copies of:
- Driving Licens
- Voter ID
- Passport
- Aadhar Card
Bank account updating : Print, fill, & sign the account modification form, attach the proof of your new bank account and send the form to our office.
Accepted bank proof can be :
- Personalized Cancelled cheque (name printed on the cheque leaf)
- Bank statement (with IFSC Code and MICR No.) (self-attested copy) & verified by bank
- Bank Passbook statement (self-attested copy) & verified by bank

Nominee addition
Nomination form
To add a nominee to your account, you can fill up the nomination form, sign it, and courier it to our office address
The nomination will be applicable to your trading and Demat account. Since the nominee will be added to your Demat account, the same nomination will be applicable for your mutual funds holdings as well.
You will need to send an ID proof of the nominee along with the nomination form. Any ID proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, etc. ( self-attested) and bank verified will suffice.

Closure of account

CLOSURE PROCEDURE:
- You need to ensure there are no securities in your Demat account. You can either sell your holdings and withdraw your funds, or you can transfer your shares to another Demat account.

Closure – Transfer
Closure – Transfer Form
You can opt for the closure-cum-transfer only if you submit a signed hard copy of the account closure form. Along with which CMR (Client Master Report sealed & stamped) of the target Demat account. The target account needs to be in the same order of name(s) as your CBSL Demat account.
If Target demat account is CDSL then DIS (delivery instruction slip) need to be provided along with above documents.
