Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, ('Listing Regulations'); the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. Friday, 25th March, 2025, commenced at 7:30 P.M. and concluded at 08:15 P.M. In the said meeting, the following agenda items were approved by the Board:\r\n\r\n1. Approved the Appointment of Mr. Gangula Venkata Nagendra Babu as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.\r\n\r\n2. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Raghavendra Kumar Koduganti from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.\r\n
