Pursuant to Regulation 30, 42 and 44 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify as under:

1. The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 08, 2018 at 03:30 P.M. (IST) at Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi - 110010.

2. The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, August 04, 2018 to Wednesday, August 08, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and determining names of the members eligible for dividend on equity shares, if approved and declared by the members at the ensuing AGM. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before the 30th day from the date of declaration:

For equity shares held in physical form - those members whose names will appear in the Register of Members on the close of the day on Friday, August 03, 2018.

For equity shares held in dematerialised form - those beneficiaries, whose names are furnished by the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as beneficial owners on close of the day on Friday, August 03, 2018.
