Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are pleased to inform you that with reference to the notice of Board Meeting dated 04th November, 2019, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 13, 2019 have inter alia considered and approved the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2019 together with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.

The Board has also discussed the other operational, financial and administrative matters in detail and passed the necessary resolutions.
