Further pursuant to Regulation 33(3) (d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to submit the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results along with the Limited Review report thereon by statutory Auditors for the quarter ended 30th September, 2019 in the PDF format which was considered and approved by the Audit Committee and the board of directors of the company at their respective meeting held on Wednesday, 13th November, 2019.
