BAJAJ AUTO LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2020.

The Company will submit the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2020, immediately after the Board Meeting on 22 October 2020, i.e. within a period of forty-five days from the end of the quarter of the said financial year 2020-21.

Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 1 October 2020 to 24 October 2020 (both days inclusive), for the designated persons as per the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The designated persons of the Company have been
informed of the same.
