Bap, Tehsil Phalodi, Dist. Jodhpur, Rajasthan, to M/s. SML Electricals India Pvt. Ltd / any of its Affiliates/Assign, by way of slump sale and on a going concern basis, at a consideration of Rs. 8.20 Crore (Rupees eight Crore and Twenty Lakhs only). The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Sebi Circular dated SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July, 2023'.
