The Board decided and authorized that Shri M Satyanarayanan Balakrishnan, Whole Time Director and Mr. A\r\nM Nandagopal, Legal Officer to execute compliances required under the Joint Development Agreement\r\nincluding towards the sale of Bulk Assets as approved by the Board.
