Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order from the Office of The Assistant Commissioner, Bidhannagar Division, CGST and Central Excise, Kolkata North Commissionerate, West Bengal imposing penalty on the Company. The above mentioned order is related to GST on Input tax Credit availed pertaining to the Financial Year 2020-21. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed herewith.
