Brigade Enterprises Ltd has announced plans to develop a 10-acre residential project in Mysuru, Karnataka, with an estimated revenue potential of ?225 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company stated that it has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop 10 acres and 37 guntas of prime land in Mysuru. The identity of the landowner involved in the agreement was not disclosed.

The proposed project, featuring both plots and apartments, is expected to have a total development potential of approximately 0.37 million square feet and a gross development value (GDV) of ?225 crore.
