S. N. ANANTHASUBRAMANIAN & Co, Practising Company Secretaries, (Firm Registration No. P1991MH040400), Peer Review Certificate No. - 5218/2023 as Secretarial Auditor of the Bank, with effect from April 1, 2025, for a period of five consecutive years (FY 2025-26 to FY2029-30).
