Minda Industries Ltd. has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on May 21, 2016 has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each i.e. 40% to the equity shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval by the shareholders. The interim dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each i.e. 30% was paid on February 20, 2016 the equity shareholders, therefore, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 aggregates to Rs. 7.00 per equity share of Rs.10 each i.e. 70%.
