The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.25 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 2.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.56 per cent at Rs 29.04 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.35 per cent to Rs 25.67 crore from Rs 21.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 233.33 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Dec'21 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.03 per cent to Rs 3.37 crore as against Rs 3.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.12 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 65.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 309.09 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore (Dec'21 Rs -0.11 crore).
