The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has initiated its annual Survey on Computer Software and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) Exports for the fiscal year 2024-25.

This survey aims to gather detailed information on exports of computer services, IT-enabled services (ITES), and business process outsourcing (BPO). The collected data is not only published in the public domain but also plays a crucial role in compiling India’s external sector statistics.

All entities engaged in software and ITES/BPO exports are required to participate in this round. The format for the survey schedule has been revised for 2024-25. The updated form, available in both Hindi and English, can be accessed on the RBI website under the ‘Regulatory Reporting’ ? ‘List of Returns’ ? ‘Return Name’ ? ‘ITES - Survey Schedule’ or via the ‘Forms’ section at the bottom of the homepage under the sub-head ‘Survey’.

Participants are required to complete and submit the form via email by July 15, 2025.
