Jayanti Sinha, a member of the promoter group of Alkem Laboratories, sold a 1.4% stake in the pharmaceutical company for ?828 crore through an open market transaction on Wednesday.

As per BSE bulk deal data, Sinha offloaded 17 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.42% stake. Following the transaction, her holding in Alkem Laboratories declined from 2.46% to 1.04%.
