Copper futures Edge Up on Stronger Spot Demand

Copper prices rose by 0.23% to Rs 883.40 per kilogram in Wednesday’s futures trade, driven by increased spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper contracts for July delivery gained Rs 2.05 to reach Rs 883.40 per kg, with a trading volume of 6,629 lots.

Analysts said the price increase was fueled by higher participation and renewed buying interest in the market.
