Silver futures gain Rs 408 on renewed buying interest

Silver prices rose by Rs 408 to Rs 1,05,325 per kilogram in Wednesday’s futures trade, as traders ramped up their positions.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), silver contracts for July delivery climbed Rs 408 or 0.39% to Rs 1,05,325 per kg, with a trading volume of 10,034 lots.

Analysts attributed the price uptick to fresh buying activity by market participants.
