The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.25 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 54.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.84 per cent at Rs 63.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.28 per cent to Rs 45.65 crore from Rs 35.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 150.33 per cent at Rs 3.83 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.14 per cent to Rs 18.51 crore as against Rs 14.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.88 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 31.65 per cent at Rs 4.16 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.16 crore).
