The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.73 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 32.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.47 per cent at Rs 1,049.40 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,054.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.98 per cent to Rs 981.52 crore from Rs 991.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 150.00 per cent at Rs 10.80 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.58 per cent to Rs 67.88 crore as against Rs 63.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.19 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 12.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.88 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.96 per cent at Rs 14.16 crore (Jun'24 Rs 11.61 crore).
