The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 150.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 81.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 85.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 46.52 per cent at Rs 1,772.10 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,209.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.45 per cent to Rs 1,674.40 crore from Rs 1,135.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 65.07 per cent at Rs 147.90 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 89.60 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.21 per cent to Rs 97.70 crore as against Rs 73.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.82 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 2.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 16.70 crore, while Taxation decreased by 6.80 per cent at Rs 31.50 crore (Jun'24 Rs 33.80 crore).
