The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 84.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 81.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.35 per cent at Rs 582.09 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 552.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.04 per cent to Rs 436.61 crore from Rs 411.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 42.80 per cent at Rs 13.98 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 9.79 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.33 per cent to Rs 145.48 crore as against Rs 140.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.92 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 6.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.95 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.25 per cent at Rs 28.89 crore (Jun'24 Rs 27.98 crore).
