The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 52.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 31.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 66.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.14 per cent at Rs 33.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.18 per cent to Rs 28.08 crore from Rs 23.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 56.16 per cent at Rs 66.07 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 42.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.68 per cent to Rs 5.45 crore as against Rs 5.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.73 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 30.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.98 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.79 per cent at Rs 16.95 crore (Jun'24 Rs 12.96 crore).
