The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.56 per cent at Rs 21.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.91 per cent to Rs 17.40 crore from Rs 11.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.57 per cent to Rs 4.12 crore as against Rs 3.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.14 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 227.27 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
