UTI AMC Q3 net profit down 13.20% at Rs 123.68 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 123.68 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 142.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.56 per cent at Rs 423.12 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 329.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.25 per cent to Rs 142.66 crore from Rs 129.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 37.80 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.82 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.42 per cent to Rs 280.46 crore as against Rs 199.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.23 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 2.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.20 crore, while Taxation decreased by 22.67 per cent at Rs 34.58 crore (Dec'24 Rs 44.72 crore).
