B2B Soft. Tech. Q3 net profit jumps 86.44% at Rs 1.10 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 86.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 38.11 per cent at Rs 4.53 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.88 per cent to Rs 3.43 crore from Rs 2.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 27.78 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.36 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 243.75 per cent to Rs 1.10 crore as against Rs 0.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 150.88 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 760.00 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
