SIS has declared 140% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2026

SIS Ltd. on Thursday, 29 January 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 140 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 06 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 06 February 2026.

The last four dividends are 40% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 03 March 2020), 35% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 June 2019), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 20 June 2018) and 20% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 07 February 2018).
