Passenger vehicle dispatches rise 13% YoY in January: SIAM

Domestic passenger vehicle dispatches from manufacturers to dealers increased 13 per cent year-on-year to 4,49,616 units in January, according to industry body SIAM. Dispatches stood at 3,99,386 units in the same month last year.

Two-wheeler dispatches also recorded strong growth, rising 26 per cent year-on-year to 19,25,603 units in January, compared to 15,26,218 units in January 2025, reflecting improved demand across segments.
