Guar seed futures slip on higher supplies

Guar seed futures declined on Monday, with prices falling by Rs 13 to Rs 5,812 per quintal amid ample supply in the market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for May delivery dropped 0.22%, with open interest at 43,570 lots.

The decline was attributed to increased arrivals from key producing regions, weighing on prices.
