Amit Shah Commends Saraswat Cooperative Bank and Amul for Rs 1 Lakh Crore Milestone

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Amit Shah, has congratulated Saraswat Cooperative Bank and Amul for crossing Rs 1 lakh crore in annual turnover during FY 2025–26.

In a post on X, he described the achievement as a strong testament to the power and potential of the cooperative sector, highlighting its role in strengthening India’s economy.

He noted that this milestone is historic for both the cooperative banking and dairy sectors, and will further boost the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Shah also extended his congratulations to all stakeholders associated with both institutions for their contribution to this achievement.
