The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) has integrated the Pharma Jan Samadhan Portal with the Pharma Sahi Daam Portal, creating a unified digital platform that allows citizens to access medicine price information and grievance redressal services in one place.

The integrated platform enables users to verify government-approved medicine prices and lodge complaints related to overpricing through a single web portal and mobile application. The move is aimed at improving user convenience, enhancing transparency and accountability, and ensuring easier access to affordable medicines.

The unified Pharma Sahi Daam platform is operational with immediate effect, further strengthening the government's citizen-centric digital healthcare initiatives.
