MY Bharat launches nationwide 'Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat' Campaign

The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, through MY Bharat, has launched the next phase of its nationwide 'Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat' campaign, with registrations for district-level competitions opening from July 13, 2026. The initiative aims to encourage youth to promote a drug-free India through creative expression while supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The campaign will be conducted in three stages—District, State and National. District-level competitions will be held from July 24 to 27, followed by state-level rounds from July 30 to August 6. Winners from each state will participate in the National Finale at the National Youth Summit in New Delhi on August 12 and 13.

Participants aged 15 to 29 years can compete individually or in groups across five categories—Dance, Music, Reel & Short Film, Nukkad Natak and Slam Poetry. Entries can be submitted in Hindi, English or any regional language.

Registrations and submission of creative entries will be conducted through the MY Bharat portal, with the ministry encouraging young people across the country to use art, culture and storytelling to raise awareness against substance abuse and contribute to the national mission of building a Nasha Mukt Bharat.
