Behari Lal Engg. announces launch of initial public offering

Behari Lal Engineering Ltd. has announced public offering of 10583159 shares at a price of Rs 10.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 275.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 30,162.00 lakhs.

The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 12 August 2026 and is expected to close on 14 August 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 271.00-285.00 per share.

The IPO includes a fresh Issue of 10583159 Equity Shares of the Company at an price of Rs 285.00 per Equity Share. The company has fixed the minimum bid lot for the issue at 52 shares with bids in multiples of 52.

Behari Lal Engineering Ltd. anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for a purchase and installation of new (i) equipment / machinery (including computers, printers and computer peripherals) along with civil work for such installation; (ii) rooftop solar panels at Village Salani, Amloh Road, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab , India (Manufacturing Facility )b purchase and installation of new (i) equipment / machinery along with civil work for such installation; (ii) rooftop solar panels at Village Turan, Amloh Road, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab , India (Manufacturing Facility ) Repayment and/ or prepayment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by our Company General corporate purposes.
