Aegis Vopak Terminal Q1 net profit up 18.80% at Rs 50.68 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 50.68 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 42.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.01 per cent at Rs 178.49 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 138.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.91 per cent to Rs 33.63 crore from Rs 32.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 46.58 per cent at Rs 5.70 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 10.67 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 37.09 per cent to Rs 144.86 crore as against Rs 105.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.26 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 35.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 38.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.16 per cent at Rs 15.63 crore (Jun'25 Rs 12.90 crore).
