Aurobindo Pharma’s US facility gets four procedural observations in FDA Inspection

Aurobindo Pharma said the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) conducted a routine inspection at Lannett Company LLC, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the company, at Seymour, Indiana, USA, from August 17 to 21, 2026.

The inspection concluded with four observations, which the company said are procedural in nature. Aurobindo Pharma will submit its response to the US FDA within the stipulated timeline.

The company said it remains committed to maintaining strong quality and compliance standards across its manufacturing facilities and will inform the stock exchanges of any further developments, as required under applicable regulations.
