Lalithaa Jewellery announces launch of initial public offering

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Ltd. has announced public offering of 84608276 shares at a price of Rs 5.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 196.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 1,70,062.63 lakhs.

The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 17 August 2026 and is expected to close on 19 August 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 190.00-201.00 per share.

The IPO includes a fresh Issue of 84608276 Equity Shares of the Company at an price of Rs 201.00 per Equity Share. The company has fixed the minimum bid lot for the issue at 74 shares with bids in multiples of 74.

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Ltd. anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for (a) Capital expenditure for fitouts in the nature of furniture and fixtures, equipment, IT hardware and software(b) Expenditure towards inventory costs for setting up of New Stores General corporate purposes.
