Copper futures declined Rs 4.45 to Rs 1,367.95 per kg in Wednesday’s trade, weighed down by subdued demand in the domestic spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper contracts for September delivery fell 0.32% to Rs 1,367.95 per kg, with a business turnover of 3,177 lots.
Traders said weak demand from consuming industries in the domestic market put pressure on copper prices in the futures segment.
