This is to inform you that the Company has received the letter from Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited dated 22.3.2018, the Promoter of the Company, requesting to reclassify the shares i.e. 4,34,000 Equity Shares (1.03 %) held by them from the category of 'Promoter/Promoter Group' to 'Public Category' in the Company.
