This has reference to our letter dated 30th September, 2019, informing you about the effectiveness of the Scheme.

In terms of the Scheme, the Company has on 16th October, 2019, allotted 1,39,61,960 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders of Century in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for every 8 (eight) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held in Century as on the Record Date i.e. 14th October, 2019.

On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 28,86,13,666 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,88,61,36,660/-.

Applications are being submitted for listing of these shares on the exchanges.
