We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 6,48,575 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 3rd February 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 563,96,53,160 (281,98,26,580 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 564,09,50,310 (282,04,75,155 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
