Tata Capital Housing - Compliances-Reg. 52 - Financial Result

With reference to Regulation 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/ON/P/2020/41 dated March 23, 2020, we, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, wish to inform you that, the Company will publish its annual audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, within the specified period of 90 days (i.e. by June 30, 2020), from the close of the Financial Year. As such, the Company will not be publishing unaudited financial results for the half year ended March 31, 2020 and hence, no limited review report of the Auditors for this period will be submitted.
