SSPN Finance L - Rectification In Intimation W.R.T Resignation Of Mrs Shweta Singh Dated 19Th March, 2020.Dear Sir,

This is with respect to the intimation of Resignation of Ms Shweta Singh uploaded on 19th March, 2020. We wish to inform that Mrs. Shweta Singh had given a resignation letter dated 19th March, 2020 which stated that the resignation will be with immediate effect. However, the Board requested Ms Shweta Singh to serve a notice period of 1 Month and hence the resignation was effective from 19th April, 2020. As the resignation letter mentioned the resignation with effect from 19th March, 2020, we erroneously uploaded an intimation which states the resignation was with effect from 19th March, 2020 itself. The company has also obtained a revised resignation letter from Ms Shweta Singh which is attached herewith and states that the resignation will be with effect from 19th April, 2020.

Please note that we regret the same and the error was unintentional and without any malafide intentions.

request you to kindly take the same on record.
