India Grid Trust - Unitholding Pattern Of The Quarter Ended On March 31, 2020

Pursuant to Regulation 23 of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2020/43 dated March 23, 2020, we hereby submit Unitholding Pattern for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, issued by KFin Technologies Private Limited (Registrar & Transfer Agent of IndiGrid) including details of mandatory holding of the sponsor and encumbrance/pledge of units by the sponsor in compliance with the aforesaid Circular. This submission is in addition to the submission made in XBRL mode.
