BHARTI INFRATEL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/04/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth quarter (Q4) and financial year ended March 31, 2020 and to recommend/ declare dividend, if any.

For the purpose of above and as per the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from March 24, 2020 (Tuesday) to April 25, 2020 (Saturday) (both days inclusive).
