Jubilant Life Scienc - Issuance Of Commercial Papers Of Rs. 100 Crore

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has issued Commercial Papers ('CPs') of Rs. 100 Crore on April 17, 2020. Details of the same are as given in the attached document.

The aggregate amount of Commercial Papers (including this issue) outstanding as on date is Rs. 100 Crore.
