Piramal Enterprises - Clarification

PEL: The Exchange has sought clarification from Piramal Enterprises Limited with respect to announcement dated 09-Apr-2020, regarding resignation of Ms Arundhati Bhattacharya as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company w.e.f. April 16, 2020. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Confirmation from the Independent Director that there are no other material reasons other than provided. The response of the Company is awaited.
