Golden Tobacco Ltd. - REPLY TO CLARIFICATION SOUGHT ON PRICE MOVEMENT

This is to the reference to your query dated April 17, 2020, in which you have sought clarification regarding the recent significant movement in the price of securities of Golden Tobacco Limited ('GOLDENTOBC') across exchanges. You have directed GTL to provide you with any information/announcement (including impending announcements), which in GTL's opinion may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in GTL's scrip (pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015).
