Shekhawati Poly Yarn - Outcome of Board Meeting (AGM on Sept 30, 2013)

Shekhawati Poly Yarn Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2013, inter alia, has discussed and resolved the following:

1. The Board has passed a resolution and taken on record the appointment of Mr. Ravi Sanjay Jogi as an Additional Director w.e.f. August 10, 2013.

2. The Board has passed a resolution and taken on record the resignation of Mr. Ramniranjan N. Ruia, from the Directorship and Chairmanship w.e.f. August 10, 2013.

3. The Board has passed a resolution for appointment of Mr. Mukesh R. Ruia, Managing Director as a Chairman and Managing Director w.e.f. this Board Meeting.

4. The Board has approved the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 30, 2013 for the year ended on March 31, 2013.

5. The Board has passed a resolution for change the composition of the Remuneration Committee.
