Asahi India Glass Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2013, inter alia, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hideaki Nohara as Whole-time Director of the Company, to be designated as Dy. Managing Director & C.T.O. (Auto) for a period of one year w.e.f. August 12, 2013.
