The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 93.75 per cent at Rs 178.93 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 92.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 95.17 per cent to Rs 176.06 crore from Rs 90.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 28.85 per cent at Rs 2.68 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 2.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.74 per cent to Rs 2.87 crore as against Rs 2.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.30 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 21.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 34.55 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.55 crore).
